Active Violence Emergency Response Training (AVERT)
Group-focused training for recognizing danger, responding to active violence, emergency first aid and building an action plan for workplaces, churches and organizations.
Emergency First Aid & CPR
Hands-on emergency training covering patient assessment, CPR, airway and breathing problems, severe bleeding, chest injuries, burns, broken bones and other urgent medical situations.
Advanced Bleeding Control
Focused training on severe external bleeding, direct pressure, pressure bandages, tourniquets and wound packing.
Basic Handgun Cleaning
A practical two-hour class covering field stripping, cleaning tools and solvents, lubrication, reassembly and safe handgun maintenance.
De-Escalation Video
Online instruction focused on active listening, tactical empathy, tone, body language and communication strategies for reducing conflict.

Training Location
Macomb Township Classroom Serving Southeast Michigan
Prime Defense trains from a dedicated classroom at 51261 Milano Drive, Macomb Township, MI 48042. Students attend from throughout Macomb County, Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan.
For CPL classes, the live-fire portion is completed at an offsite range after the classroom portion. Students provide their own transportation, and directions are provided during class.
